Sorry, no shipping is available to California, Hawaii, and Arizona due to State Regulations
Shipping Time:
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) with tracking information. Shipments will occur on the Monday or Tuesday following your order. This is to ensure that your plants do not remain in a delivery vehicle over the weekend. If you require alternative shipping arrangements, don't hesitate to get in touch with Loxahatchee Rose Nursery before placing your order.
Packaging and Shipping:
Your order will be meticulously packaged and shipped, with most of the soil removed from the root system if purchasing a rooted plant. Cuttings re-shipped fresh cut, dipped in rooting compound, and sealed with plastic wrap. Please be aware that Loxahatchee Rose Nursery cannot be held responsible for lost plants. We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance for peace of mind.
Delivery Time:
Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your order. Any shipping or transit time provided is an estimate only. We advise ordering early to avoid potential delays due to shipping or product availability.
We offer a 30-day warranty on our plants starting from the date of shipping. If you receive a plant that doesn't thrive and eventually dies, you can request a refund or a replacement (if available) within 30 days of the initial shipping date. To initiate the refund or replacement process, please take clear color photographs of the original plant and its tagging (both sides) and email them to us at LoxahatcheeRose@gmail.com.
If you opt for a refund, upon receiving and verifying the photographs, we will reimburse the purchase price. If you prefer a replacement and it is in stock, we will cover the shipping cost for the new plant. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
